Thai Noodle Jalapeno Popcorn Shrimp Salad
 
Ingredients:  
18 oz Ocean Jewel Jalapeno Popcorn Shrimp
1/2 pound Asian noodles (cooked)
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 tsp Sesame seed oil
1/2 tsp Chili oil
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
1/2 cup Carrots (sliced diagonally)
1/2 cup Celery (sliced diagonally)
1/2 cup Red Peppers (sliced)
4 Green Onions (sliced diagonally)
1/2 cup Cilantro (coarsely chopped - keep some leaves for garnish)
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1 Lime
Salt and pepper to taste
 
DIRECTIONS:

1. Heat skillet to medium-high heat and add the oils, garlic, celery and peppers. Sauté for 2 minutes.

2. Add the cooked noodles, sauté for an additional minute or so.

3. Add the soy sauce and half the green onions and mix thoroughly.

4. Deep-fry the Ocean Jewel Jalapeno Popcorn Shrimp at 350 ºF for about 2 minutes and drain on paper towel.

5. Place the noodle mixture in traditional cardboard boxes or any plate of choice.

6. Place Jalapeno Popcorn Shrimp (approx 3 oz) on top of each noodle salad.

7. Garnish with cilantro leaves, green onions and lime wedge.
