Teriyaki Shrimp
 
Ingredients:  
1 lb Ocean JewelTM Pacific White Shrimp (21-25 count), thawed
2 tbsp canola oil
4 green onions, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup prepared teriyaki sauce
3 cups cooked white rice
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
 
DIRECTIONS:

1. Heat oil in wok or large skillet set over high heat. Add green onions and garlic; cook for 30 to 60 seconds or until fragrant. Stir in shrimp; cook for 2 minutes or until shrimp are starting to turn pink.
2. Stir in teriyaki sauce; bring to a boil. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened and shrimp are cooked through.
3. Divide rice among 4 serving bowls. Top with shrimp mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.

Tips:
- Serve with steamed broccoli, bok choy or snow peas.
- You can remove the tail or leave it on.
- You can make your own easy Teriyaki sauce with just 1 tsp minced garlic,
1 tsp minced ginger, 1/4 cup light soy sauce, 3 tbsp honey, 2 tsp cornstarch and 1 cup of water.
