Tempura and Panko Breaded Nobashi Shrimp with Ponzu Dip
 
Ingredients:  
5 pieces Ocean Jewel Nobashi Shrimp - 13/15 count
1 cup Shredded lettuce
1 Lemon wedge
1 Lime wedge
Sprig of parsley or cilantro
Ponzu Dip:
3 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Ponzu soya
1 tbsp Chopped cilantro
3/4 tsp Grated fresh ginger
3/4 tsp Lime juice
 
DIRECTIONS:

1. Mix together all ingredients for the Ponzu Dip and set aside.
2. Deep-fry Ocean Jewel Nobashi Shrimp at 350 ºF for about 2.5 - 3 minutes.
3. On a plate of choice, place the shredded lettuce, then place Nobashi Shrimp on top of the lettuce.
4. Garnish with lemon and lime wedges, dipping sauce and serve.
