Pan-Seared Tilapia with Cilantro Chili Lime Butter
 
Ingredients:  
2 pieces Ocean Jewel Tilapia
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
Sea salt and pepper (to taste)
Cilantro Chili Lime Butter:
2 oz Butter
1 tbsp Shallots
1 tsp Lime zest
2 tsp Lime juice
1 tsp Serrano chili
1 tsp Cilantro
Sea salt and pepper (to taste)
 
DIRECTIONS:

1. Mix all ingredients together for the butter.

2. Prepare Ocean Jewel Tilapia fillets. Pat dry and season.

3. Heat fry pan on medium high heat, and then add the oil. Place fish in the pan and cook for approximately 2 minutes per side.

4. Place on plate, garnish with the Cilantro Chili Lime Butter.

5. Serve with favourite vegetable and starch.

6. Garnish with fresh cilantro sprigs and slices of lime.
