Nobashi Shrimp Fisherman’s Platter
 
Ingredients:  
3 pieces Ocean Jewel Nobashi Shrimp
1 piece Ocean Jewel Battered 4 oz Cod Fillet
2 Onion rings
French fries
1 Lemon wedge
1 oz Tartar sauce
1 oz Cocktail sauce
Sprig of parsley for garnish
 
DIRECTIONS:

1. Deep-fry Ocean Jewel Nobashi Shrimp at 350 ºF for about 2.5 - 3 minutes.

2. Deep-fry the battered fish at 360 ºF for 6-8 minutes. Deep-fry French fries and onion rings for their required times at required temperatures.

3. Plate the French fries, then place the fish on top. Lean the nobashi shrimp on the side of the fish.

4. Garnish with 2 onion rings, lemon wedge, parsley and the two sauces.

5. Serve.
