Lobster Tail and Beef Tenderloin
 
Ingredients:  
4 x 6 oz Beef tenderloin
4 x 4 oz Ocean Jewel Atlantic Lobster Tails
4 oz Garlic herb butter
Salt and pepper (to taste)
 
DIRECTIONS:

1. Cut the top of each defrosted Ocean Jewel Atlantic Lobster Tail, stop at the bottom of tail and expose meat on top of shell.

2. Season and baste with melted garlic herb butter.

3. Broil for about 6-8 minutes.

4. Season and grill beef tenderloin to desired doneness (i.e. medium, medium-rare etc.).

5. Place meat on plate, and place lobster tail on top of the beef tenderloin.

6. Add your favourite vegetables to the plate and a slice of garlic herb butter on top of the beef tenderloin.

7. Garnish with any type of shoots (pea, daikon, broccoli, etc.) and serve.
