Chef Herman Pfanzelt provides menu development and analysis. He also supports the various product development efforts in our organization. A Canadian of Austrian descent, Chef Pfanzelt has been in the culinary business since 1979, beginning his apprenticeship at the Four Seasons in Toronto. Since then he has held various food service and corporate positions, finally joining Export Packers in 2002 as Corporate Chef.
